CIL offers an optional 100% employee-paid permanent life insurance policy that features a long-term care provision through Allstate.
This gives you the advantage of guaranteed issue and portability, plus coverage for your spouse. In addition, this policy includes a long-term care provision of up to 4% of your elected death benefit for up to 50 months, if needed.
