The HR Department is dedicated to partnering with CIL departments to maximize the potential of our greatest asset—our employees.  We embrace change and the opportunity it brings.  We work to foster an environment that attracts and inspires excellence in employees to help contribute to our success.  Our team of courteous, competent professionals strive to be recognized as trusted partners, resources and leaders in support of CIL’s mission, vision and employees.

 

Jason Reilly – Director of Human Resources   

As a member of the CIL Leadership Team, Jason works on company initiatives and strategy while overseeing the Human Resources function for CIL, CIS and CIL Canada.  His role has global responsibility providing general support and guidance to ABX and ET leadership as well as working closely with our parent company Otsuka and our North American Otsuka affiliates on various HR-related topics.

 

Michele Lindsey – Senior Benefits Administrator

Michele manages the administration of benefits in the US, working closely with our parent company Otsuka, as a member of the Welfare Advisory Group (WAG) to ensure alignment within the harmonized benefits platform.  Michele is responsible for leading the financial wellness aspect of our CIL Cares program, assisting employees with benefits questions, managing employee leave, verifying insurance billing and maintaining employee files.

 

Sarah Mersereau – Human Resources Manager

Sarah manages the hiring process and works to create and execute training and development opportunities for CIL North American employees.  She provides day-to-day HR support to Jason through management of our compensation tool, support in employee relations matters and HR-related projects as they arise.  Sarah also leads the health and wellness portion of our CIL Cares program.

 

Kelsy Shanahan – Human Resources Associate

Kelsy is the point person for all things related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees, interns, and temporary employees in Massachusetts.  Kelsy supports the recruiting process through the creation of job descriptions, posting positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and providing recommendations to hiring managers on candidates.

 

Sydnie Sonneman – Human Resources Generalist

Sydnie works in various HR functions to support the business needs of our Ohio employees.  Sydnie provides expertise and guidance in the areas of recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations and labor law.
